HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

To ensure your order will be shipped out the same day, please place your order by 2pm, from Monday to Saturday. We do not ship on the weekend. We shall notification when your order is packed and also when it is shipped. 

DO YOU OFFER RETURN/EXHANGE ON YOUR PRODUCTS?

Yes, we do. It entitles you to return your order on account for up to 7 days from the date of delivery. To avail the service, please ensure that your specified reason for exchange is covered under the terms and condition under our warranty. DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY ON WEEKENDS?

We offer delivery on all days of the week but we ship only from Monday -Saturday between 9 AM -5PM.

HOW DOES THE REFUND PROCESS WORK?

The process for refund is simple and hassle free and is usually completed in 10-12 working days form receipt of then articles in our warehouse. CAN I USE DISCOUNT CODES AT CHECKOUT?

Yes, you can use the discount codes at the cart and checkout page. Kindly note as per company's policy you can only use one coupon code.

WHAT IF THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

If any size of a product or any product that you like that has gone out stock, you can write to us at support@street9.com and we will try our best to arrange or notify you once the items get back in stock.

I HAVE FORGOTTEN THE PASSWORD TO MY STREET9 ACCOUNT, HOW DO I LOG IN?

All you need to do is go to the login page, click the 'Forgot Password' option and put in your account email address in the box provided. Once you've pressed the 'Reset Password' button, we'll send a link to your email address to reset the password. If you're still having problems, just chat with us.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY?

Street9 dispatches all orders received in a day within 48 hours from the receipt of the same. Depending on delivery pincode and service availability, all orders reach within 8-10 business days from the date of order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel an order under the 'My Order' option until it has been processed by the Street9 operations team. This generally takes 24-48 hours. Once the order is processed, we cannot cancel it. Alternatively, you can cancel the order through our chat option or write to us at support@street9.com.
